Hector is an absolute star – 5 years and still my favorite car wash! Jurassic Car Wash on South Congress is simply the best. I've been coming here for five years and the consistency in quality and pricing is remarkable. Today Martin hand-dried my mirrors and windshield for a perfect streak-free finish and even pointed me toward a nearby place to get my tires checked. That kind of genuine care and attention is what keeps me loyal. The whimsical dinosaur theme adds so much character and the 24/7 hours make it incredibly convenient. A true South Austin gem!

For a quick $5 wash it was totally fine. I did quickly wipe down the car after with a microfiber rag, as it still looked a little dusty in some spots, but I’m glad I didn’t have to scrub it myself. (I did the cheapest wash, the express wash, instead of the do it yourself one.) It’s touch-less so it won’t scratch your car, but as such it’s probably less effective, but it does fine. I read all the bad reviews first and tried it anyway.

Used the machine on the far right (closest to Radam Ln) - was getting a cheap wash ($5.75) and putting quarters into the machine but at about 3.50 it stopped counting my quarters! Wound up putting in cash and left with a soaking wet car. Won’t come back

I used the automated car wash. I paid for a deluxe wash. The machine didn't spray any soap. I was out the same way I got in: dirty. But now muddy because of the mixture of the dirty car and the water. The dryer doesn't work either. No phone number is provided on the receipt not in the car wash area to call and ask for s refund or place a complain.

Update! Gave them another chance and the bay I chose didn't work. No water at all, but it sure took my quarters! Horrible. Worst self service car wash I've been to in TX. I use self-service car washes 2-3 times a wk throughout TX. This one is the most expensive per quarter of any I've been to and the surface of the stalls is so bad that it traps all the mud & dirt from previous users so it will splash mud onto your vehicle
